According to Manhattan civil rights attorney and radio host Yetta Kurland, at 9:45 AM today City Councilmembers Melissa Mark-Veverito, Ydanis Rodriguez, and members of the Occupy Wall Street citizen press will hold a press conference on the steps of City Hall announcing a Federal lawsuit being filed on behalf of members of OWS. Some of the details are embargoed until the event, but as soon as we get the go-ahead, we’ll post the full details.

There will also be an 11AM press conference held by OWS at Liberty Square (Zuccotti Park).

During both events, we’ll run a CoverItLive session to include livetweets  and will update this page as a liveblog.
